Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your package's journey. If you experience any issues with tracking, please contact our customer support team here.

Once an order has been marked as Delivered by the carrier, or if it is left at the delivery address unattended (e.g., porch, mailbox, front door, etc.) ownership of the package transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
If you opted for Order Protection, please a submit a claim following the steps outlined in our 'What Is Order Protection' section below and our CX Team will assist in processing your claim.
Order Protection is an optional add-on at checkout that protects your order against loss, theft, or damage during transit. If your order is affected by one of these issues, you can submit a claim for a replacement or refund, subject to approval.
How do I make a claim with Order Protection?
If you purchased Order Protection and need to submit a claim, please email hello@sweatscollective.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of damaged items (if applicable)
Claims must be submitted within 30 days of order fulfilment.
What am I covered for?
Order Protection covers eligible orders in the event of:
- Loss in transit
- Damage during transit
- Delivery confirmed by carrier but not received
Please note: Coverage applies to outbound shipping only. Returns sent back to us are not covered.
What am I not covered for?
Order Protection does not cover:
- Fraudulent or intentionally misleading claims
- Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
- Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorised repairs
- Claims submitted outside the required timeframe
- Carrier delays
- Items excluded under Sweats' standard policies
- Return shipping
Sweats reserves the right to deny any claim that does not meet eligibility requirements.
How long will my claim take?
We aim to review and resolve submitted claims and documentation within 1-3 business days.
How long before my delivery is classed as lost?
A parcel is considered lost in transit if there has been no tracking update for 14 consecutive days.
At that point, you may submit a claim.
What do I get if my claim is successful?
You can opt for a refund or replacement of your order.
How long do I have to make a claim?
30 days depending on the claim type. This is from the date your order has been fulfilled.
How do I get a refund for Order Protection?
If your order is in transit we are unable to refund Order Protection. We also do not refund if you choose to return your items.

We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns & Eligibility
We gladly accept returns on full-priced items for:
- Exchange
- Store Credit
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Returned within 14 days of receiving your order
- Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached
- In original packaging (where applicable)
Please note: Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
How to start a return:
To initiate a return for store credit or an exchange, please visit our Returns Portal. If you experience any issues please contact us at hello@sweatscollective.com.
All return costs are to be covered by the customer. New shipments for an exchange of size/item will be paid for by us.
SWEATS reserves the right to reject returns beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the original condition in which they were received. If this is the case, the package will be simply returned back to the customer and any shipping costs involved will not be covered by SWEATS.
We will gladly accept a return for a store credit, exchange of size, exchange of item & refunds. Please ensure your return meets the below requirements:
- The item is unworn and in original condition with all tags still attached
- The item is packaged back into it's original packaging.
- The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery date
- The item has absolutely no marks or stains
- The item does not have any odor (including deodorant, perfume, body odor or washing powder)
All return costs are to be covered by the customer.
New shipments for an exchange of size/item will be paid for by us.
Faulty items will be reviewed by the team once processed in our returns portal and if accepted, we will cover the return costs.

If you're unsure, please reach out to our SWEATS team, as we receive sizing questions every day, we are more than happy to assist!
To maintain the quality and longevity of your SWEATS COLLECTIVE essentials, we recommend:
- Washing in cold water with similar colours
- Using mild detergent and avoiding fabric softeners
- Air drying in a shaded area or tumble drying on low to preserve fabric integrity
- Avoiding bleach or harsh chemicals
